As a result of supporting and helping companies transition to next generation and SOA-based technologies, we've built deep expertise in nearly every IVR, CTI and PBX technology on the market. In an effort to pass along our experience so companies can continue to maximize the return on investment, we've developed highly regarded customized training programs.

For example, after applications are deployed, PSS provides a Knowledge Transfer training session on all aspects of the solution. This includes a code review of the applications and reports, so you are ‘in the know’. 

We also include system administrative training that will walk you administrative personnel through the system’s administrative functions such as system logging, reporting, debug logging and error handling and system configurations.   

Additionally, PSS offers VXML training through Training the Experts. We’ve prepared all the VXML training material for the class which is facilitated by an outside consultant trainer.
